Oregon Light Truck & RV, Inc. was founded by Dave Elder and Scott Downing in 1990. Dave had been in the logging industry for 25 years, and understood due to the economy that it was time to start fresh. Scott was a 20 year old kid with a lot of great ideas and business management experience. He was also getting married to Dave's oldest daughter Julie!

Dave and Scott believed that the valley needed somewhere that specialized in trucks and motorhomes. Somewhere that focused on the needs of the customer and not the up sale. For the past 27 years we have been doing just that. Taking care of our customers honestly and treating them as we want to be treated.

Scott has left us to pursue his dream of being a fireman. He is currently a Fire Captain/EMT with Fire District 3 and loves every minute of it. He is still married to Julie and they have two handsome sons.

Dave is still here everyday taking care of customers and overseeing the mechanics. He is joined in the office by Katie his youngest daughter (and if you ask her, his favorite daughter!) 

Katie is married to Clint, the shop foreman. They have 15 year old twin boys, Chance and Brennen. Katie has been at the shop for over 20 years now, and can answer almost any question.

Clint is the shop foreman. He has been here for 14 years. He graduated from WY Tech with a degree in diesel technology. Clint loves riding dirt bikes with his twin boys, (Dave's grandsons.) 

Jessica has been here for 5 years and brings with her a great knowledge of large engines. She has 2 great teenage boys she loves spending time with.​

Kevin is our go to office guy. He has been bringing order to our lives for the last 2 years. Kevin has known Clint since elementary school and we are happy to have him in our OLT family. Kevin is married to Jenn and they have what seems like 72 children!
